Who is Ashley

With over 15 years of experience in public health, I lead product at a tech-enabled transportation company focused on improving access to care, reducing disparities, and advancing health equity. My work addresses Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) and Health-Related Social Needs (HSRN), ensuring that barriers—like transportation—don’t stand in the way of care or thriving in one’s community.

With a background in chronic disease management, behavior change, and an MPH in social and behavioral sciences, I’m particularly interested in how technology can improve self-efficacy and health outcomes. As a bilingual professional (English and Spanish), I bring a deep commitment to understanding the unique journeys of diverse users—whether patients overcoming challenges or healthcare providers delivering care. By designing for these complexities, I strive to create solutions that are thoughtful, equitable, and impactful.
